The LornaPrints terms and conditions apply to the use of the LornaPrints Site. By accessing this Site and/or placing an order you thereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law LornaPrints disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. LornaPrints shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including legal fees) that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases so please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products. You have the right to cancel your order, return the goods and receive a full refund of your monies. If you do wish to return or cancel your order please do so within 14 days of receipt of items and a refund will be given, including original postage costs but not the return postage costs. Please note the cost of returning items is the buyers responsibilty unless the result of the return is our error. Do please email giving notice of any cancellation or return. If items are lost or damaged in the post a replacement or full refund will be offered. Please see our Returns Policy for more full details.
Despatch
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endevour to contact you via email within 24 hours. Items despatched to the UK should arrive within 2-3 working days and Overseas should arrive within 10-14 business days.
Methods of Payment
All items can be purchase by credit or debit card using PayPal - this service allows you to pay for items securely online without sharing any financial information.
Confidentiality
For security reasons LornaPrints uses Paypal and therefore does not receive or hold any credit card details. Customer’s details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
