**Please note: I can only ship to the UK from this website at the present time. If you wish to purchase from overseas please visit my eBay or Etsy shop, overseas shipping is available from these sites. I will be happy to list items seen from this site on eBay or Etsy if requested**.

Placing an order
1. Ordering is very easy - When you have found an item you wish to purchase click on the "Add to shopping basket" button. This drops the selected item into your basket and at any time you can view the contents by clicking on the "Shopping basket" link at the top of the main navigation bar. You can review all items that you have added to the basket and remove them if necessary.
2. If you wish to continue with your order and pay for your purchase click the "Go to checkout" button, you will then be forwarded to the ordering process page to complete a short form. The only boxes required to be completed for the order to continue are highlighted in bold. (If you change your mind or wish to make adjustments to your order, at this point you can still click on the back button to return to your shopping basket).
3. When the form is completed click on "continue to checkout" , after agreeing to terms & conditions you will then be taken to Paypal's website to complete your payment by credit/debit card via their secure server.

Payments
Payments are made by debit or credit card via PayPal so that you can have the confidence of the fast secure transaction facilities that they offer worldwide.
For your security PayPal uses industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems, and no credit card or bank details are passed to us. For more information click on the Paypal logo on the right to watch a short video.
How to pay for your items without opening a Paypal account
You can pay for your items via paypal even if you prefer not to open an account with them. When you reach the checkout, look out for the credit card symbols (see example below) then simply click the 'continue' link and you will be able to complete your purchase using your credit card or bank account. 
Once you click the link on the checkout page, you can enter your credit card details as normal.
If you do not have a Paypal account and would like to open one, go to http://www.paypal.com and click the "Sign Up Now" button at the top of the page to go to the quick, one-page sign-up form. Once you've filled out and submitted the form, you are signed up for your PayPal account.

Method of delivery & packaging
I aim to despatch by the next working day from receipt of payment but where possible I will endeavour to despatch the 
same day.
Limited Edition Prints are sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery, all other prints and greeting cards are sent Royal Mail standard 1st class delivery.
All prints and cards are posted flat, wrapped or placed inside acid free cellophane bags with a cardboard backing and sent in rigid envelopes or 'flat' reinforced cardboard boxes.
LornaPrints recycles as much as possible, therefore the majority of material used for packaging can be recyled.

Returns
Customer service is very important to me, so do please contact me if you have any problems with your purchase, as I will always replace or refund lost or damaged items. Please see my Return Policy for more details.

Additional Info
LornaPrints is not required to charge VAT at the present time.
For large items the Royal Mail will usually leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery. They are then kept at your local collection depot for up to a week. If the item has not been collected by that time, it will be returned to me. If you think an item is late in arriving, please check with your local collection depot first, as occassionally the "tried to deliver but you were out cards" may not have been put through the door.
