Returns and Cancellations
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products.

Do please send an email giving notice of any cancellation, or before returning any items.  You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item by the same format that you paid for the goods, ie. either by cheque or through Paypal by credit or debit card as applicable.  They should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging.  If the original packaging is not available please use similar materials to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. It would also be useful if your could include a note with details of your name and address.

Loss or Damage
All items are despatched in excellent condition, if lost or damaged in the post we will try to rectify the matter to your satisfaction by  either replacement or full refund - including postage costs.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
